Strengths
Town Hall outside the core →
At TH6, many farmers place the Town Hall slightly away from the resource core. This can bait attackers into a low-value hit for one star while your real loot in Gold and Elixir storages stays protected behind walls.
Storages guarded by compartments →
Walls split the base into several sections, slowing down Giants, Barbarians and Goblins long enough for Wizard Towers, Mortars and Air Defense to chip away at them before they reach your storages.
Dark Elixir storage tucked centrally →
At TH6, Dark Elixir is your slowest resource to rebuild, so it's placed deep in the base, away from the outer edges Goblins tend to path toward first.
Tips
Watch your replays →
Check your defense log after every attack to see which side attackers enter from most often, then adjust traps and defenses around that area.
Don't overcommit to Air Defense →
At TH6 you only have 1 Air Defense, so it can't cover the whole base alone. Pair it with Air Bombs and Seeking Air Mines to punish Balloon and Minion raids near your loot.
Keep your shield up while farming →
Since this layout is built to protect resources rather than defend the Town Hall, expect frequent one-star hits. Use your shield time wisely between raids to keep collectors full and storages topped up.
